The history of project

The project is labelled Global Hub Labour Conflicts and is an integral part of the Global Labour History programme of the IISH.

The aim of this part of the project is to show how international labor conflict data can be visualized. This visualization makes firsthand analysis possible after which the real data can be downloaded for a more thorough analysis. The collection and assimilation of the data was made possible by the IISH. The plotting of this data on world maps bought from Geacron was funded by CLARIAH (http://www.clariah.nl).
